I started working on RVs at the age of 16 in 2000. I became Master Certified while working full-time as a technician and going to college at night to earn an AA in Business Administration. I worked as a Service Manager for a local Alachua dealership from June 2006 until January 2015 when I started my own business providing mobile RV services to the Gainesville area. I take pride in my work and enjoy its challenges. I seek out forms of continuing education to better myself at every opportunity.
More Than Just Talk
I am very proud to hold a Level 4 Master Technician Certification. This rare and prestigious level of certification, the highest rating available, is awarded only to those who have dedicated many years to ongoing training, testing and service. It is for this reason that I am frequently selected by numerous industry manufacturers as a preferred service technician to perform warranty repairs on their respective brands. I also handle extended warranty (service contract repairs) and insurance company claims. Years of handling claims at dealership service centers has made me very proficient at getting the best repairs completed in a timely manner. I frequently hear from my customers that they're surprised at how quickly I responded with the correct parts. Again, I've invested years into honing my skills and contacts to become the best RV service center in the Gainesville area.

After purchasing our very first RV , we drove from Tampa to our other home in Gainesville just so Mark could inspect it. He was very thorough and found several issues including a roof failure, which he was able to cover under the manufacturer’s warranty! Another issue he identified was an existing recall on the furnace. He performed preventative maintenance on the air conditioner as well as installed an EasyStart so we can run off a briefcase inverter generator.
